2.       Proof of residence

LKG – XI:

1. Original TC duly stamped and signed by Principal

2. Self-Attested Photocopy of Original Passing Certificate

3. Self-Attested photocopy of Original Pre-Board Mark-sheet

4. 4 photographs 3.5 x 2.5 cm

5. Self-Attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card – At the time of Admission

6. Self-Attested photocopy of Class X Board Mark-sheet (for class XI - Sci Maths, Sci Bio, Commerce, Humanities)
